The build starts from a 2026 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500 with the high roof. Mercedes-Benz Vans lists the 2026 Sprinter 3500 high-roof body at 79 inches of interior height before a coachbuilder's floor and headliner go in, with a 211-horsepower high-output four-cylinder diesel, the 9G-TRONIC automatic, and Active Brake Assist as standard. The conversion adds everything a group notices: the lighting, the seats, the table, and the screen.
Seating for 13
Quilted black leather captain chairs with contrast piping run through the cabin, each with its own headrest and belt, and a three-seat bench across the rear faces a gloss-black table with four cup holders. The bench and the chair facing it across the table make a working group of four with the screen in view. A privacy partition separates the cabin from the chauffeur, so a board conversation stays in the back.
Starlight headliner and LED
The ceiling carries a fiber-optic starlight headliner with LED channels running its full length, and the accent lighting changes colour from the cabin controls: the photographs on this page show it in blue and in violet. Screen, audio, and controls
A flat-screen on the rear bulkhead runs Apple TV, with two speakers mounted beside it and a wall-mounted touchscreen plus a separate audio head unit for volume, lighting, and source. Onboard Wi-Fi and USB and USB-C charging at the seats keep 13 phones and laptops working across a full roadshow day. What Does the Portland
Executive Limo Cost?
$190 per hour, all-in. The 20 percent service fee is inside the rate, gratuity is optional and never added to the fare, and hourly bookings carry a three-hour minimum, which makes $570 the shortest hourly reservation. Inside the Portland metropolitan area the clock starts when the vehicle arrives at the pickup; outside a 30-mile radius of the Beaverton headquarters it starts when the vehicle leaves. A PDX transfer or a one-way run is a different product, quoted point to point by distance with no hourly floor.
Cancellation follows the Sprinter rule on the Terms page: a full refund when the reservation is dropped more than seven days before pickup, and no cancellation inside seven days. Child seats are $25 per seat per trip. Large events and weddings take a 25 percent deposit at booking; ordinary bookings carry a card pre-authorisation of roughly the fare plus 25 percent, which is a hold and not a fee.
