Portland Chauffeur Fleet. Four Vehicle Types, One Standard.

The Portland, Oregon chauffeur fleet at Marquee Chauffeur runs ten or more vehicles across four types — the Volvo S90 sedan, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Passenger Sprinter, and VIP Lounge Sprinter. Every one of them passes a 35-point inspection before each scheduled pickup. Dispatch assigns from the vehicles inside a 30-mile radius of your pickup, ranked by projected release time, so the vehicle that pulls up is the one genuinely ready for your trip.

02 Vehicle Standards

35-Point Inspection
Before Every Pickup.

Every vehicle in the Marquee Chauffeur fleet undergoes a 35-point inspection before each scheduled pickup.

It is the same checklist on a Volvo S90 as on the VIP Lounge Sprinter — the vehicle changes, the pre-trip standard does not.

Which Vehicle Is Right
for Your Portland Trip?

Traveling solo to PDX? The Volvo S90 at $110/hr seats you in a quiet rear cabin with room for two large bags and two carry-ons — the default for PDX airport transfers and executive runs. Family of five with luggage? The Cadillac Escalade ESV at $135/hr handles six passengers and a full trunk. Wine tour group of twelve? The Passenger Sprinter at $165/hr gives everyone a real seat with a window on Willamette Valley wine tours and wedding shuttles. Bachelor party, proposal, or red-carpet arrival? The VIP Lounge Sprinter, also booked as the Sprinter Jet Limousine, at $190/hr runs a jet-styled lounge interior with LED mood lighting and a chilled bar for bachelor and bachelorette parties and nights on the town. Your booking coordinator matches vehicle to headcount, luggage count, and occasion every time you call. Give your details to dispatch at (503) 706-8662 and the recommendation comes back in minutes — not a quiz, just a quick match. All hourly rates are all-in — the 20% service fee is already included — and hourly bookings carry a three-hour minimum. Airport and city-to-city trips are priced point-to-point instead, with no hourly minimum.

04 Chauffeur Sign-Off

Who Runs the 35-Point
Inspection Before Your Trip?

The chauffeur assigned to your trip runs the inspection personally on the day of the trip, then signs the sheet before the vehicle leaves the lot. Marquee chauffeurs are W-2 employed and screened against a seven-year multi-state criminal check and a three-year motor vehicle record review, with annual recertification and random quarterly drug testing — so the person who signs the checklist is the person who arrives at your door, and the person accountable for what is on it. Dispatch answers at (503) 706-8662, 24/7.

05 Availability

How Do We Keep the Fleet
Ready Around the Clock?

Ten or more vehicles, all maintained to one standard. While one is out on a trip, others are being detailed, inspected, or staged for the next pickup. Dispatch draws on a 30-mile radius around your pickup and gives the run to the vehicle with the earliest projected release. If the vehicle you want is already committed on your requested date, dispatch tells you before you confirm so you can adjust your timing or date. That honesty protects your schedule better than an overcommitted fleet that stretches itself thin across too many bookings.

Cancelling the Volvo sedan or the Cadillac SUV costs nothing so long as more than 24 hours separate the call from pickup, and the whole fare stands once that gap closes. Sprinter reservations, the fourteen-seat cabin and the ten-seat VIP Lounge alike, come back entirely when dropped over a week early, and once nearer than a week they cannot be dropped at all. Both rules sit on the Terms page.

06 Sedan Interior

Inside the Volvo S90 —
The Quiet Sedan Cabin.

The Volvo S90 is the executive sedan in the Marquee Chauffeur Portland fleet. It seats up to three passengers in a low-slung rear cabin built around stillness. Sound deadening lines the doors, the floor, and the headliner, so freeway noise drops to a hush by the time you merge onto I-5. Deep leather and a climate-controlled rear let business riders take a call, prep for a meeting, or sleep on the way to PDX without the cabin getting in the way.

In IIHS crash testing, the S90 rates Good — the institute's top mark — in the small overlap front test, per the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.

Rear seat dimensions

Three adults fit across the rear bench with shoulder room to spare. Legroom holds steady at over 41 inches, so a six-foot passenger can stretch out behind a six-foot chauffeur. The seat back reclines a few degrees for longer rides between Portland and Salem or Vancouver.

Sound insulation

Acoustic glass on the side windows, dense underbody padding, and a sealed firewall keep the cabin quiet enough to hold a phone call without raising your voice. Tire and wind noise stay low at highway speed, which matters most on early-morning airport runs.

Climate zones

The rear cabin has its own climate controls, so passengers set their own temperature without negotiating with the chauffeur. The vehicle is pre-set 30 minutes before pickup based on the season — cool in summer, warm in winter — so you step into the right temperature, not the parking lot temperature.

Trunk capacity

The Volvo S90 trunk swallows two large rolling suitcases and two carry-ons without playing tetris. For three passengers traveling light to PDX, all bags fit clean. For a couple flying overseas with checked luggage, a roof-side bag still slots in alongside.

07 SUV Interior

Inside the Cadillac Escalade ESV —
Family and Executive Six-Seater.

The Cadillac Escalade ESV is the luxury SUV chauffeur option in the Marquee Chauffeur Portland fleet. It seats up to six passengers across three rows, with second-row captain's chairs that turn the middle row into private business class. The ESV trim adds extended wheelbase and a longer cargo area, so families flying out of PDX, executive teams headed to a downtown dinner, and wedding-day groups all fit without anyone giving up legroom or sharing a cargo space with their suitcase.

Three-row seating

Front passenger, two captain's chairs in the second row, and a three-across bench in the third row gives a true six-passenger configuration. Each row has its own headroom and legroom — no one rides hunched. Adults fit comfortably in the third row, which is rare in the SUV class.

Cargo capacity

The extended ESV wheelbase adds significant cargo room behind the third row. A six-passenger group fits six checked bags plus carry-ons without folding seats. Wedding parties often use the cargo area for gift boxes, garment bags, and a cooler for the after-party.

Captain's chairs

The second-row captain's chairs are heated, leather-trimmed, and separated by a center aisle. Two riders get their own seat with armrests on both sides — useful for executives prepping on the way to a meeting or a couple traveling with kids in the third row.

USB-C throughout

USB-C charging is wired at every seat, including the third row. Phones, laptops, and tablets all keep a charge during longer trips to the coast or wine country. Cables for both iPhone and Android are confirmed in the console before pickup.

08 Sprinter Interior

Inside the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter —
High-Roof 14-Passenger Cabin.

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the 14-passenger van in the Marquee Chauffeur Portland fleet. The high-roof cabin lets adults stand and walk to their seat without ducking. Forward-facing rows, USB charging at every passenger position, and a refrigerated cooler at the rear bulkhead make it the right vehicle for wedding parties, corporate roadshows, wine country day trips, and group airport shuttles. The conference-ready interior holds up for a full day of travel without anyone feeling cramped.

Forward-facing seating

All 14 passenger seats face forward in standard transit configuration. Forward-facing layout cuts motion sickness on Willamette Valley wine routes and keeps the interior aisle clear for moving around at stops. Each seat is upholstered in premium leather with a real headrest and seat belt.

USB charging at every seat

USB ports are wired into every seat position. Wedding parties charge phones for photos. Corporate teams keep laptops alive between meetings. Wine tour groups keep cameras topped off across multiple winery stops. No fighting over a single front-cabin charger.

Climate control

The Sprinter runs a high-output dual-zone climate system that pushes cool or warm air through ceiling vents the full length of the cabin. Rear passengers get the same temperature as front passengers — no hot rear bench in summer, no cold back row in winter. Pre-cooled or pre-warmed before pickup.

Cooler and beverage storage

A refrigerated cooler at the rear bulkhead keeps water and sparkling drinks chilled for the whole trip. Wedding parties often add champagne. Wine tour groups stock the cooler with cheese, fruit, and a few bottles for the ride home. Stocking requests are confirmed at booking.

Car seat and booster availability

Infant seats, convertible seats, and high-back boosters are stocked in-house at $25 per seat, per trip. The assigned chauffeur installs the seat before pickup so your family is not fumbling with latches in the PDX arrivals lane. All seats meet Oregon child-restraint law and are swapped out of rotation before the expiration date printed on the shell.

Vehicle age and pull criteria

Each vehicle runs the 35-point inspection every day it is scheduled. Sedans, SUVs, and Sprinters are retired from the fleet well before the mileage threshold where ride quality slips, typically long before a comparable livery operator would pull the plug. Replacement models are ordered ahead of schedule rather than after a vehicle has already aged out of the rotation.

Frequently Asked

Questions, Answered.

How many passengers does the Cadillac Escalade ESV hold?

The Cadillac Escalade ESV in the Marquee Chauffeur Portland fleet seats up to six passengers comfortably. Second-row captain's chairs give two riders private space, while the third row holds three more across the bench. Tinted privacy glass and USB-C charging are standard at every seat. The extended ESV wheelbase adds cargo room behind the third row, so a six-passenger group fits luggage for a PDX airport run without folding seats down.

What's the difference between the Volvo S90 and the Cadillac Escalade ESV?

The Volvo S90 is an executive sedan that seats up to three passengers in a quiet, low-profile rear cabin — preferred by solo C-suite riders and small business teams. The Cadillac Escalade ESV is a full-size luxury SUV that seats six in three rows, with captain's chairs and extra cargo room. Choose the Volvo S90 for discreet airport transfers. Choose the Escalade ESV for families, group airport runs, or trips with multiple bags.

How much luggage fits in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter?

The Passenger Sprinter — the 14-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, not the ten-seat VIP Lounge Sprinter — handles full-group luggage for all 14 passengers. Forward-facing seating frees the rear cargo area for full-size suitcases plus carry-ons. For wedding parties, the floor space holds dress garment bags and gift boxes. For wine tours, the rear stows cases of bottles. If your group travels heavy on a corporate roadshow, dispatch confirms cargo capacity at booking and recommends a second vehicle if needed.

What is the VIP Lounge Sprinter and how is it different from the Passenger Sprinter?

The VIP Lounge Sprinter is a private-jet-styled conversion on the same Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis: up to ten passengers in wraparound lounge seating with LED mood lighting, a chilled onboard bar, and premium audio and video. The Passenger Sprinter at $165/hr is built for transport — 14 forward-facing seats. The VIP Lounge Sprinter at $190/hr is built for the occasion itself — bachelor and bachelorette parties, red-carpet arrivals, and nights on the town. Both pass the same 35-point inspection.

Are your chauffeur vehicles inspected before every trip?

Yes. Every vehicle in the fleet passes a 35-point inspection before each scheduled pickup. The checklist carries 35 discrete items, and the assigned chauffeur — screened, W-2 employed, and recertified annually — performs the inspection personally. The chauffeur signs the checklist before the vehicle leaves the lot. No pickup happens without a completed and signed inspection sheet for the day's trip.

How old are the vehicles in the fleet?

The Volvo S90, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Passenger Sprinter, and VIP Lounge Sprinter are all late-model luxury vehicles maintained on the manufacturer-recommended service schedule. With ten or more vehicles in rotation, mileage spreads across the fleet instead of piling onto one car. Interior leather stays clean, and mechanical systems get checked far more often than the maker's minimum. Call (503) 706-8662 if you want the model year for a specific vehicle on your booking date.

Can I tour a vehicle in person before booking my wedding?

Yes. Wedding clients are welcome to tour the Volvo S90, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Passenger Sprinter, or VIP Lounge Sprinter before booking. Tours are by appointment so the vehicle is detailed and staged when you arrive. Bring your planner, your dress (for the Sprinter walk-through), and your questions. Schedule a tour by calling dispatch and naming a weekday afternoon that works. Most tours run 20 to 30 minutes per vehicle.

Are any vehicles in the fleet wheelchair accessible?

The current Marquee Chauffeur Portland fleet — Volvo S90, Cadillac Escalade ESV, Passenger Sprinter, and VIP Lounge Sprinter — is not equipped with a wheelchair lift or ramp. Standard transfers from a folding wheelchair into the rear seat are accommodated where possible, and the chauffeur will assist with stowage. For powered wheelchairs or riders who cannot transfer, dispatch can recommend a partner Portland operator with an ADA-compliant lift-equipped vehicle.

Are car seats and boosters available for kids?

Yes. Infant seats, convertible car seats, and booster seats are available at $25 per seat, per trip. Mention the child's age and weight at booking so dispatch pulls the correct seat type. The assigned chauffeur installs the seat before pickup and checks the harness fit once your child is buckled in. All seats in the Marquee inventory meet Oregon child-restraint law requirements and are replaced well ahead of the manufacturer expiration date printed on the shell.

Is there a minimum booking time for hourly chauffeur service?

Yes. Hourly bookings carry a three-hour minimum. The published hourly rates are all-in, which means the 20% service fee is already included in the rate shown for each vehicle, and gratuity stays optional and is never added automatically. PDX airport transfers and city-to-city trips are priced point to point by distance instead, so no hourly minimum applies to those bookings.
