The upper level ($14 adult ticket) runs the lit walking trail through 62 acres, the Meditation Chapel, the Stations of the Cross along wooded paths, and the cliff-edge overlook to Mount St. Helens on a clear night. Concerts run Saturday and Sunday evenings throughout the festival inside the upper Meditation Chapel, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., sets of 30 to 45 minutes between intermissions. Choirs from area Catholic schools, regional church groups, and Portland choral ensembles rotate through. Repertoire ranges from traditional carols to classical sacred music to Lessons-and-Carols closer to Christmas.

Upper-level tickets include the concerts that night on first-come seating. The chapel holds about 250. The upper-level trail is paved and lit, with grades below ADA slope limits across most of the 62-acre loop. Meditation Chapel, rose garden, and cliff overlook all sit on accessible paths. Bench seating along the trail gives rest stops. A few deeper Stations of the Cross branch onto short gravel offshoots that are walkable but harder for wheelchairs.
