TERMS OF SERVICE



Please read carefully, by using our services you accept Marquee Chauffeur’s Terms of Service. If you do not agree with our Terms of Service stated below, please do not use our services. Marquee Chauffeur Inc. reserves the right to modify, alter, or update these terms of service at any time.


Reservations:

We recommend that our clients reserve a car ahead of time (recommended at least 12 hours before the pick-up time nationally) to be guaranteed a car at the time of pick-up. We can also provide you with a car at short notice by phone upon availability.


NO SHOW:

If you do not see your driver at a certain pick-up point, please do not leave before calling our dispatch office at +1 (503) 706-8662 and we will direct you to your chauffeur. If you leave without calling you will be billed the full price of the ride (No Show fee). If we don’t hear from you, the driver will wait up to 1 hour for domestic arrivals, and 1.5 hours for international arrivals. If you do not get in contact with your driver in the time period stated above, our dispatch office will try calling you on your cell phone, your home phone, or your contact person’s phone, depending on the nature of the pickup. If we do not get a response, we will then release the car and you will be billed for a No Show which will be the full price of the ride (No Show fee) plus any waiting charges. To authorize the driver to wait, please call our office to authorize this wait.


RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS:

Marquee Chauffeur requires at least a 24 hour cancellation notice for Sedan and SUV bookings or full charges apply. For Sprinters, we require at least a 7-days cancellation notice or full charges apply. For Mini-Buses, we require at least a 10-day cancellation notice or full charges apply.


*Note: The cancellation policy above is for the local Portland Market. Our nationwide/worldwide cancellation policy varies from city to city.



DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACT:

Marquee Chauffeur Inc. will charge you the cleaning fee if the vehicle is damaged in any way by your authorized party. You also agree and acknowledge to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working condition. If the vehicle is put out of commission due to damages resulting from your party you will be responsible for compensating Marquee Chauffeur Inc. for lost revenue until the vehicle is returned to service.


CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS:

Reservation will be charged 12-24 hours before the pickup time on the card you provided. For overseas reservations, it will be charged up to 48 hours before the pickup time. In case of an event or an hourly booking, a minimal amount will be charged and the rest will be charged upon completion once our accounting provides the total price. All our transactions are fully secured and your credit card information in our system is encrypted. To ensure the safety of both our clients and chauffeurs, our company policy requires the verification of credit card information using a valid form of identification, such as a Driver’s License or State ID, matching the name on the credit card.


DISPUTES:

For Marquee Chauffeur corporate clients with established accounts, all charges of the invoice will be considered correct and due upon receipt unless we receive an objection within 15 days from the invoice date. Copies of vouchers and discount promotional keys under dispute should be emailed to us and the disputed charges or items should be indicated. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and non-refundable. For individual accounts and personal profiles, all charges applied to a customer’s credit card will be considered correct unless we receive an objection within 15 days from the charge date in writing. All disputes initiated after the allowed time frame period will be considered final and non-refundable.


RATE CHANGE:

Marquee Chauffeur Inc. can change the rates and any of the services, charges, costs, and expenses at any time without prior notice.


PRICING ERRORS:

While we make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date pricing on our website, our rates presented online are an estimate. Once you book the reservation online, our dispatch office will email you the exact rates for the booking. If you would like to know the exact price, call our office to get a quote or send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the information you requested.


PAYMENT DUE DATE:

For corporate clients with established corporate accounts, all payments should be received no later than 15 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. Payments not received within the set time frame shall incur interest charges added 36% yearly, and 3% monthly.


WAIT TIME:

Marquee Chauffeur provides 30 minutes of wait time for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights, based on the reported flight arrival time for airport pickups only. A 15-minute grace period is granted for all other pickups. For Sedans, SUVs, and Premium Vehicles, wait time after the grace period will be charged at 15-minute increments (at the rate listed below). For larger vehicles such as Vans, Sprinters, and Buses, wait time after the grace period will be charged at 1-hour increments (at the rate listed below). Wait time and additional charges are subject to taxes, tips, and surcharges. Marquee Chauffeur monitors all commercial domestic and international flights. We are unable to monitor private flights. If you are flying on a private flight please notify us if there are any delays or changes to your itinerary. Train stations: Train schedules can’t be monitored accurately, therefore billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.


WAIT TIME RATES:

Sedan: $1.50 / minute

SUV: $1.95 / minute

Mercedes S Class / BMW: $2.50 / minute

Sprinter: $2.95 / minute

Mini Bus: $3.50 / minute

Coach Bus: $4.50 / minute


STOPS:

The price per stop varies based on the distance and location. Please call or email us regarding the price for the stop. Courtesy stops such as briefly leaving the vehicle to pick up coffee, newspaper, or to mail a letter while not changing the route will be free of charge. However, if longer stops or multiple stops are made you will be billed stop charges. Picking up additional passengers will also incur stop charges.


Hourly Ride Charges and Adjustments:

The estimated hours provided to us for hourly rides will be charged, regardless of whether the full duration is utilized. Should you wish to extend the duration of your ride by adding hours during the journey, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. While we cannot guarantee the availability of additional hours, we are committed to doing our best to provide either the requested extension or alternative arrangements.


MEET & GREET:

Marquee Chauffeur offers two types of meet-and-greet services to its clients. A chauffeur can meet the passenger inside the baggage claim area- at an additional charge of $35.00. Alternatively, a greeter, a separate person besides the chauffeur, can meet the passengers at the baggage claim and escort them to the curbside where the chauffeur will be waiting- at an additional charge of $65.00. *Note: The rates above are for the Chicago market only. Regarding the nationwide/worldwide meet and greet options, please contact us at any time.


LUGGAGE:

Marque Chauffeur is not responsible for any damage to the luggage or the contents of the luggage.


*Note: Additional fees may apply if the client exceeds capacity on either the number of passengers or luggage for the type of vehicle on the booking. Passenger and luggage capacity is listed on our website, please book accordingly.


PARKING:

All parking fees for airport pickups are included in the price. Parking passes for events can be provided by the customer or by our company at an additional charge.


BABY SEATS:

Marquee Chauffeur can provide car seats (Infant, Toddler, and Booster) upon request- an additional fee will apply based on availability and the city of service.


SERVICE ERROR:

In the event of a vehicle breakdown or service error, Marquee Chauffeur will make every attempt to provide a replacement vehicle (may be through a third-party affiliate) that is equivalent to the original reservation. Marquee Chauffeur cannot be held liable for missed reservations/appointments due to a service error.
